This black polyethylene tubing is extruded to precise standards from high quality, 44 Shore D "low density polyethylene" resin. It has superior environmental stress crack resistance that greatly exceeds ordinary polyethylene tubing as measured by ASTMD 1963/IGEPAL tests. It is tasteless and odorless, and available in a variety of colors. All colors, except red, are approved for food handling and are compliant with NGS 51/FDS. Polyethylene tubing is the most used and cost effective of all pneumatic tubing on the market.
