Effective March 26, 2020, UPS has suspended UPS service guarantees until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Shipments created during this time are not eligible for service refunds.
Avoiding Undelivered Shipments: As some businesses have reduced hours or closed, please check that your recipient is still receiving shipments. If the location is closed, UPS will hold your shipment and attempt to complete the delivery at a later date if the receiving location has indicated to UPS that it will re-open within 9 days. However, if the location is closed indefinitely, UPS will return the package to the sender.
Commitment times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.
FedEx: Money Back Guarantees are suspended until further notice, effective immediately. This impacts all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, and FedEx Office services.
USPS domestic deliveries affected by COVID-19
On Friday, USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
• USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
• USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. We will continue to update our COVID-19 updates page as more information becomes available for all of our domestic and international shipping partners. To take advantage of this promotion, simply fill your cart with eligible products and select the standard shipping option to ship your items to a single US address.
Estimated Shipping Times
When it comes to online ordering, we know you want to receive your products as fast as possible. All in-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped out same day. After leaving our facility, arrival time depends on your location. Take the guesswork out of ordering by checking out our shipping map. Barndoor Ag distributes several thousands of products from multiple warehouses within the United States. There are instances when some products, such as tanks or other items, may switch carriers during the shipping process. All of our orders are inspected before being shipped to ensure product quality. We recommend customers inspect their products as soon as possible to ensure quality and product integrity. It is the customers responsibility to communicate product defects or shipping errors within 7 days of the product arriving. Any lost or visibly damaged products must be reported to Barndoor Ag within 7 days. Products with functional defects must be reported to Barndoor Ag within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping & Returns Policy
If Your Products Arrived Damaged
Before contacting BarnDoor please call the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. BarnDoor cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.
- Sprayers that have been used cannot be returned to Barndoor once chemicals have been added they become a Hazmat item for shipping companies and Barndoor Ag. Items will be completely warrantied by shipping the customer replacement parts that are needed to repair sprayer.
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise after 14 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

FedEx has a maximum per-package weight of 150 lbs. Orders over 150 lbs will require Freight Service.
In the event of receiving a damaged or missing product you must contact us within 3 days after delivery. Failure to contact us within three business days may disqualify any warranties, replacements, and/or repairs.
Shipping time is determined by your local customs office. Packages typically take 7-12 business days to arrive. BDA is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

3. Manufacturer's Warranty.
Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those products and services and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers or service providers. Please reference the warranty information included with the products or services for information on how to make contact to process all warranty claims. Workhorse Sprayer Warranty
Workhorse products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacture or workmanship defects for personal or homeowner usage with proof of purchase. Workhorse products are warranted for 90 days for commercial users. Any unauthorized modification of a Workhorse brand sprayer will void warranty. Your authorized dealer is the best source of replacement parts and service. To obtain prompt, efficient service, always remember to give the following information: 1. Correct part description and part number. 2. Model number of your sprayer. Part description and part numbers can be obtained from the illustrated parts list section of this manual. Whenever you need parts or repair service, contact your distributor / dealer first. For warranty work always take your original sales slip, or other evidence of purchase date, to your distributor / dealer. After sprayer has been used the warranty for this product is not full replacement. The part needed to fix your sprayer will be sent to you at no cost to repair your sprayer while your sprayer is under warranty. Please check operator’s manual for further details.
Braber Equipment Sprayer Warranty
Braber Equipment, Inc. agrees to repair or replace under this warranty any defective product or part from the original date of purchase for one year except for the conditions and circumstances listed below.
Proof of Purchase (original dated sales receipt) must accompany all warranty claims. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE and does not cover products sold damaged or incomplete, sold “as is”, sold reconditioned, or used as rental equipment. Expendable items that become worn during normal use. Delivery, installation, or normal adjustments explained in the operator’s manual, Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality. Damage or liability caused by shipping, improper handling, improper modifications, or the use of accessories and/or attachments not specifically recommended. Freight costs from customer to vendor. Repair and transportation costs of products or parts determined not to be defective. Repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, or the failure to install, operate, maintain or store the product according to the instructions in the operator’s manual.
