How it Works

When you place an order with eligible items/products, ground shipping is FREE! This offer is not valid for express shipping. To take advantage of this promotion, simply fill your cart with eligible products and select the standard shipping option to ship your items to a single US address.
Estimated Shipping Times

When it comes to online ordering, we know you want to receive your products as fast as possible. All in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped out next day. After leaving our facility, arrival time depends on your location. Take the guesswork out of ordering by checking out our shipping map. Use it to find out more details on estimated shipment times in your area so you can be sure you have your items when you need them.

Barndoor Ag distributes several thousands of products from multiple warehouses within the United States. There are instances when some products, such as tanks or other items, may switch carriers during the shipping process. All of our orders are inspected before being shipped to ensure product quality. We recommend customers inspect their products as soon as possible to ensure quality and product integrity. It is the customers responsibility to communicate product defects or shipping errors within 7 days of the product arriving. Any lost or visibly damaged products must be reported to Barndoor Ag within 7 days. Products with functional defects must be reported to Barndoor Ag within 14 days of purchase.

Returns Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied by the quality of your product, we will exchange your product at no cost to you or give you a full refund, no questions asked. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise after 14 days.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

FedEx has a maximum per-package weight of 150 lbs. Orders over 150 lbs will require Freight Service.

Product Issues

In the event of receiving a damaged or missing product you must contact us within 7 days after delivery. Failure to contact us within three business days may disqualify any warranties, replacements, and/or repairs.

International Shipping

Shipping time is determined by your local customs office. Packages typically take 7-12 business days to arrive. BDA is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

3. Manufacturer's Warranty.
Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those products and services and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers or service providers. Please reference the warranty information included with the products or services for information on how to make contact to process all warranty claims. For information on manufacturer's warranties, please contact Barndoor Ag or the product manufacture.

Workhorse Sprayer Warranty

Workhorse products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacture or workmanship defects for personal or homeowner usage with proof of purchase. Workhorse products are warranted for 90 days for commercial users. Any unauthorized modification of a Workhorse brand sprayer will void warranty. Your authorized dealer is the best source of replacement parts and service. To obtain prompt, efficient service, always remember to give the following information: 1. Correct part description and part number. 2. Model number of your sprayer. Part description and part numbers can be obtained from the illustrated parts list section of this manual. Whenever you need parts or repair service, contact your distributor / dealer first. For warranty work always take your original sales slip, or other evidence of purchase date, to your distributor / dealer. Please check operator’s manual for further details.

Braber Equipment Sprayer Warranty

Braber Equipment, Inc. agrees to repair or replace under this warranty any defective product or part from the original date of purchase for one year except for the conditions and circumstances listed below.
Proof of Purchase (original dated sales receipt) must accompany all warranty claims. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE and does not cover products sold damaged or incomplete, sold “as is”, sold reconditioned, or used as rental equipment. Expendable items that become worn during normal use. Delivery, installation, or normal adjustments explained in the operator’s manual, Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality. Damage or liability caused by shipping, improper handling, improper modifications, or the use of accessories and/or attachments not specifically recommended. Freight costs from customer to vendor. Repair and transportation costs of products or parts determined not to be defective. Repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, or the failure to install, operate, maintain or store the product according to the instructions in the operator’s manual.
