Black Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA) plastic tubing has greater UV and Ozone resistance than natural EVA tubing, while retaining its chemical resistance to most insecticides and herbicides, including Monsanto's Lasso®. This tubing is most commonly used in the application of liquid fertilizers, phosphates, and the "open end" discharge of anhydrous ammonia.
