Returns Policy
Damaged Shipments
- If your products arrive damaged, please contact your LTL carrier, USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 24 hours of delivery.
- Barndoor Ag cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after a customer sign for a shipment in good condition.
Return Exceptions
- Items that have come into contact with chemicals cannot be returned.
- These items are considered hazardous for shipping and handling.
- Issues with such products will be handled through warranty support, including supplying replacement parts needed for repair.
General Returns
- New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
- Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If Free Shipping was used for the original order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically issued within 3 weeks of receiving your return.
- This includes:
- 2–5 business days for the item to reach us,
- 5–7 business days to process the return,
- 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.
- Most refunds are completed sooner.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- To request a return, contact us with your order number and product details. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your items.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

- Same-Day Shipping: All in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
- Delivery Speed: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday–Friday.
Free & Paid Shipping Options
- Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $229.00 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S.
- Cheapest Method Applies: Free shipping orders will ship using the lowest-cost carrier/method.
- Upgrades Available: Customers may upgrade from the free/cheapest method to a preferred carrier or faster service by paying only the difference in cost.
- LTL Shipments: Freight/LTL shipments do not qualify for free shipping. LTL shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery timeframes depend on your location once the order leaves our warehouse.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
- For more accurate estimates, check our shipping map for typical delivery times in your area.
Multi-Warehouse & Special Products
- Barndoor Ag ships thousands of products from multiple U.S. warehouses.
- Certain products (such as large tanks or oversized items) may require different carriers or special handling.
- All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure accuracy and product quality.
Receiving & Inspection
- Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery.
- Shipping Damage, Shortages, or Wrong Items: Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- Prompt communication ensures we can resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
International Shipping
Shipping time is determined by your local customs office. Packages typically take 7-12 business days to arrive. Barndoor Ag is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
