Wilger ORS manifolds make it even easier and cost effective to setup and manage liquid applications.
O-ring seal metering orifices are accurate and large enough to make them easy to handle, so switching rates is easy.
Precise metering orifices for metering liquid fertilizers, or chemicals. The easier-to-handle orifices fit in any O-ring seal (ORS-M) fitting port and cannot be inserted backwards.
Calculating required flow for metering orifice selection:
To determine the flow rate (or application rate), use the following equations & density conversion chart.
W = Outlet Spacing (INCH)
conv = Conversion Factor based on specific gravity/weight of liquid
GPM (per outlet)= GPA x mph x W x conv / 5940
GPA = 5940 x GPM (per outlet) / mph x W x conv
