Why Choose a Banjo Hydraulic Sprayer Pump?

As the company has grown, they've stayed true to their values of innovation and quality. They're a global leader in manufacturing liquid handling products.
Banjo 3" Poly Manifold Wet Seal with 6.0 HP Honda Engine M300PH6W Specs
The M300PH6W hydraulic sprayer pump has a glass-reinforced polypropylene manifold. It's very strong and durable. It has wide range of available polypropylene couplings.
The sprayer pump has a "V" shape for faster, more efficient priming. The inlet and outlet ports are 3" NPT.
Banjo fittings and valves are chemical and corrosion-resistant. The M300PH6W has stainless steel rings, arms, and pins. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) gaskets are standard, but FKM (fluoroelastomer) is also available.
The double seal uses carbon ceramic seal faces. It has a stainless steel cup and a spring with EPDM rubber.
The M300PH6W will operate at temperatures between 32ºF and 150ºF. The maximum operating pressure is 100 psi. The top flow rate is 293 gallons per minute.
Reliable Wet Seal Technology
Seal failure leads to costly downtime that puts your operations at risk. Wet seal pumps have a protective ethylene glycol (antifreeze) reservoir. They prevent damage to the engine or pump assembly when the pump runs dry.
If a standard pump runs without liquid flow too many times, the seal will fail. The risk is higher than in the past. Modern operators try to thoroughly purge the system when changing chemicals.
The wet seal also protects against chemical bonding. Chemicals don't contact the seal surfaces.
Wet seals are available for polypropylene, cast iron, and stainless steel Banjo pumps. Seal options include EPDM and FKM.
Long-Lasting Honda Engine
Honda engines are known for reliability and easy maintenance. The engines for Banjo pumps provide better fuel efficiency. They have a precision camshaft design and a high compression ratio.
The overhead valve (OHV) layout enables a smoother fuel intake and a more complete exhaust. The OHV design also leads to lower oil consumption and a longer engine service life.
These engines are quieter than others in their class. Valve enhancements reduce noise. The engines are made from lightweight, noise-reducing materials.
