Continental 1" FPT x 1-3/4" Female ACME Thread | B-522-B

Continental NH3 (Anhydrous Ammonia) Thread Couplings are manufactured in a complete range of sizes for most NH3 applications. Threaded couplings are used in NH3 operations including to-and-from storage, field nurse tanks and applicators. Thread couplings feature a superior hand tightening arrangement, eliminating the need for hammers when securing a tight fit. The ACME nut shell is made by using rugged lightweight aluminum casting molded around a steel insert, or with ductile iron to ensure strength and reliability. A steel lock ring positions the nut for fast handling and the protection of the sealing surface of stem.
